Minimum five years of experience and knowledge in NGO financial management

Strong background in financial management in the development sector in Indonesia

Strong finance analysis skills and systematic approach

Prior experience in managing financial systems for international agencies is

Excellent computer skills – accounting system software, MSOffice, Internet

Good verbal and written communication skills: Bahasa Indonesia and English;

Excellent knowledge in finance, accounting principles and practices to preparing financial statements and tax reporting

Maintain petty cash records and receipts for all daily transactions.

Ensure petty cash records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.

Monitor all bank deposits and payments.

Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.

Prepare balance sheets and invoices.
