Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major or 1-year experience in accounting/tax department.

Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Extract General Ledger Accounting for actual expense for adhoc request by user and for reporting purposes.

Review & analyze detail expense which extracted from Accounting System (Sun GL)

Summarize manual payment that can’t be processed by payment system, and updated to the budget listing for each department

Follow up to user for any adhoc request related to the budget and spending

Good knowledge & skills in Ms. Office

Perform other tasks related to Finance and Budget Department

Experience a minimum 1 year in the related field

Examine the accountability report and clarifying the Accountability Report (LPJ) to the user.

Send activity accountability report notifications to users and overdue notification reports

Create temporary bill reports and unit monthly reports.
