Education min SMK, D3, S1 (preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance)

Dexterous, conscientious, honest and able to work

Willing to be placed in South Jakarta Head Office

Helping the administrative process of the financial section

Checking, editing fee transaction attachments

Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Assist in financial data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

Support the finance team in preparing financial reports, statements, and analyses.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking for Finance Admin Intern with these qualifications:

Having a deep interest in finance/accounting/tax and administrative task

Final year diploma./undergraduate students from any majors

Available to join a full-time internship at least for three months

Assist our Finance Executive to request and collect Bukti Potong PPh 23 from our customers/vendors

Preferably Final year student / Fresh Graduates max 1 year of working experience

Work closely with vendors and other teams to keep accurate invoice amount and bank details.

Assist in merchandising process for student and other team request

Be in charge in any ad-hoc projects you will be working on from time to time

Project Administrative. Manage administration related to Markoding’s Project and update all the finance procedures needed.

All backgrounds are welcome – but we’d love to hear from someone who has experience in finance administration

Assist, Support, and Reportto Finance Specialists (Sr)

Knowledge of taxation as well as its administration.

Knowledge and basic fundamental practice in financial administration and payment workflow

Attention to detail, Strong initiative, and ownership, Passion to share knowledge

- Able to Work in Tight Deadline

- Understand the Basic Taxation in Indonesia

Assisting handover process in Finance dept

Fresh Graduate from reputable University, majoring in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent are welcome to apply;

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship;

Assisst accounting team to filling the documents

Associate / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management/Accounting/Secretary.

Helping the HR team on cleansing the data.

Handle employees' files and input them on SAP.

Help to maintain most of the HR administrative data.

Willing to follow company rules and come to the office at least 3 times a week.

Have great attention to detail.
