Prepare all documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to support the smooth operation of the company

Ensuring that experts Surveyors and Inspectors) and other sub-ordinates have competence in accordance with the scope requirements

Menetapkan tujuan yang sesuai dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan dan mengoordinasikan staf untuk terus memenuhi dan melebihi tujuan tersebut.

Menjalankan laporan dan menganalisis data yang berkaitan dengan departemen penagihan, dan membagikannya dengan staf eksekutif serta manajer staf departemen sesuai kebutuhan.

Berkomunikasi dengan klien untuk membangun dan menjaga hubungan kerja yang kuat serta mengurangi jumlah klien yang berhenti bekerja sama dengan perusahaan.

Mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan prosedur kredit yang menjaga kelancaran operasi departemen dan menghindari batasan kredit yang berlebihan.

Mahir dalam produk-produk Google Suites (seperti Google Docs, Google Sheet).

Proven experience at least 3 years in related areas

Knowledge of the collection and recovery in the financial company area

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Have experience and understanding of the placement area, and have good relations with related parties

Perform billing by visiting the debtor’s address

Responsibility for achieving target AR quality performance

2-3 years of experience as Sales Supervisor/Coordinator in supply chain management, agriculture, farming, retail distribution, fast-moving consumer goods

Demonstrate leadership skill and team management skills

Manage credit recovery processes, such as deciding whether to give farmers additional time for repayment and MC termination decision

Ensure the high activation of Micro Collectors that has been hired

Review Micro Collector suitability for credit and exercise good judgment in approving credit approval

Identify target locations suitable for establishing the company while supporting Activation Coordinator in their search for ideal partners

At least 2 years of experience in related field

Previous experience in handling field operations will be advantage

Good organized and communication skills, detail oriented

Planning & performing database server installation

Collect data from external and internal sources

Analyze data and findings to company

Maintain proper administrative records as required
