Detailed Job Description The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a facility’s physical infrastructure. This includes the building, grounds, and equipment. The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe, efficient, and compliant with all applicable regulations. The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems. The Facilities Engineer is also responsible for the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans, as well as the development and implementation of energy conservation measures. The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the coordination of all facility-related activities, including the scheduling of contractors and vendors. The Facilities Engineer is also responsible for the management of facility-related budgets. Job Skills Required
