- Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks

- Graduated minimum 𝐃𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 in related major

- Have minimum 1 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (preferable from Garment)

- Able to use Ms. Office or other systems

- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐬. 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥

- 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬

prepare, collect data for export

organize export process, liasiosn with PPJK(EMKL)

ensure timely & correct docummentation export

ensure process and coordinates export activities

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree's in Logistic Management, Business Management, Public Relation or other majors.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Administration, communication, negotiation & presentation.

Fluent in english is preferred

Accustomed to handling export document.

HANDLE SEA FREIGHT OPERATION FOR NVOCC DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT

HANDLE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT FOR DOCUMENT AND COMPLAINT

HANDLE FOR MAKE PAYMENT REQUEST AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE TO CARRIERS

TO ENSURE HBL, AWB, INVOICE TO SHIPPER AND AGENT ARE BEING PROCESSED COMPLETELY

FAMILIAR WITH ISF, AMS, ENS, ACI, E-MANIFEST FILING

COMMUNICATED BY EMAIL WITH CUSTOMER/PARTNER AGENT/HEAD OFFICE

Experience in B to B Export will be an advantage

Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Outlook)

Experience in using SAP will be an advantage

Negotiation with related parties (customer and supplier)

Other task as deemed necessary
