Manage and maintain summer conference key cards, verify cards are programed, tested, and ready prior to first guest

To be the primary contact for all delegates / participations, assisting with their requirements

Prepare and run all the rundown for conference

Responsible to run the conference

Create detailed reports and documentation (post report)

Organizational and time management skills

Events sales experience with a proven track record of high and resort sales performance

Proven ability to in communication, and negotiating skills

Good interpersonal skills with customer and associates

Solid understanding of prospecting programs and event revenue generation

·Hands-on experience with a CRM (Customer Relations Management) software is a plus.

·Holds diploma/bachelor degree in related study (marketing, hotel & restaurant management or business administration).

·Has an enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge.

·Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

·Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Teams.

·Successfully hold similar position for at least 1 year.

Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports to the management.

Plan and organizing function from start to finish according to requirements from clients or target audience and objectives.

Must be Agile, sales mindset and target oriented and have strong negotiations skill.

Excellent communication and writing skill (English & Bahasa), computer literate and presentation skill.

Lead Marquee Confrence Center and team.

Find and develop new client for corporate events or personal function.
