Minimum of 3 years of experience in OHSQ Roles

Lead and drive to achieve the agreed QHS objectives, QHS annual plan and KPI target.

Proactive to demonstrate in promoting, campaign Safety Culture, advising and feedback on improving Safety behavior

Graduate in university, diploma or S1 degree, preferable in OHS or engineering degree

Melakukan Analisa dan Rekomendasi Perbaikan Kerusakan Berdasarkan Pemeriksaan dan Keluhan Driver

Melakukan Pemeriksaan Kelayakaan Perlengkapan, Kebersihan, Kerapihan, & Dokumen Armada (STNK, KIR, APD Armada)

Mengkondisikan Armada agar Lulus Sertifikasi dan Uji Kelayakan Jalan (Regulasi DISHUB)

Memeriksa Form/ Cheklist Pemeriksaan Harian Armada oleh Driver

Membuat Laporan Aktivitas Harian, Mingguan, & Bulanan serta Rekomendasi Perbaikan Sesuai Kaidah Kaizen

Provide dewatering equipment requirement plan to the technical services and mining department for dewatering requirement activities.

Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position, at reputable mining companies.

Have experience supervising a dewatering/ pumping team is an advantage.

Has government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test);

Explain and conduct analysis for improvement and refinement of procedures, standards related to dewatering activities.

Recognize the scope of dewatering activities as well as the types, functions and parameters of equipment for mine dewatering work.

4WD experience would be advantage

Relevant experience of at least 3-5 years total in driling or mining industry

Responsible for maintain diamond and RC drilling operationsmachine

Maintenance of diesel powered hydraulic systems.

Maintenance of air compressors and air boosters used in RC drilling operations.

Understanding in diagnosing problems in hydraulic and high pressure air systems.

Have knowledge in basis mechanic process and system equipment

Responsible for ensuring Service activity in quick respond and meet target

Responsible for ensuring the Implementation of corporate standard procedures &

Responsible for performing technical jobs process and service job to meet Service

Responsible for performing preventive maintenance, adjusting system, visual

Responsible for ensuring tools and equipment utilization related technical jobs

Melakukan reparasi mobil truck/trailer/alat berat

S1 Teknik Mesin(SMK Otomotif dengan pengetahuan yang baik dipertimbangkan)

Pengalaman dibidang teknisi truck/mobil berat min 1 tahun

Have at least 2 years experiences in Mechanical Engineering for vehicles or heavy equipment

Be responsible for all tools used

Keep the work areas always cleaned and neat

Create daily, weekly and monthly report about the progress, issues and solutions handling all vehicles

Min. Vocational School for Automotive or others related

Honest, Discipline and willing to learn new things every time

Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and supporting services encompassing security, log management, container-based workloads.

Design and build data structures supporting requirements ranging from high volume machine data, dimensional modelling, through to supporting machine learning projects.

Support data science initiatives through familiarity with python including data-focused modules such as pandas and numpy, and experience working with pySpark.

Must have experience in designing data engineering solutions for large organisations, incorporating extensive machine generated datasets.

Significant experience in architecting big-data processing systems using contemporary cloud-based technology.

Experience working with Data Scientists to develop data solutions that drive complex algorithmic and machine learning processes.

Manage the designated filing system for all on-site survey documents and data;

Accordance with the Standards, Specifications, Schedules, QA/QC, Safety, Environmental and Program requirements and are within budgeted cost levels

Ensure survey equipment is registered and calibrated to the required standard and to within the accuracy specified by the manufacturer;

Ensure that all survey personnel are suitably trained to recognise the hazards associated with machine interaction whilst performing survey tasks;

Assist to provide high quality and appreciated Survey services, including tender advice, project start up capability and on-going monthly reconciliation support;

Identify and recommend alternate solutions, which may provide more efficient outcomes and greater profitability
