Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and postings for open positions.

Act as a point of contact for employees' inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and effective assistance.

Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues, maintaining a balance between company policies and employee well-being.

Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and team dynamics.

Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.

Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.

Have at least 2 years of working experience in culture/employee engagement area.

Have an good leadership skill and communication skill.

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's in any major.

Familiar in using Adobe Family, Corel Draw, or other multimedia applications.

Willing to be placed at Sunter - North Jakarta.

Having minimum 8 years as Employee Benefit or equivalent in Insurance Company or Brokers. Additional insurance education or designation preferred

Must have experience looking for new business and maintaining employee benefit insurance on large company

Must Have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit product (esp. Health Insurance Policy)

Look for opportunities to grow business from existing clients by offering other products of EB

Manage renewal process with existing clients and ensure all internal procedures are compiled during the renewal process

Melakukan visit ke outlet secara berkala

Minimum 3 years of professional working experience with hands-on experience in talent management, engagement and learning & development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong time management and project management skills.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, majoring in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Business Administration will be preferable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.

Lead, take initiatives, and supervise any internal (both online and offline) engagements activities to ensure positive working culture.

Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) goals.

Has many HR/finance network or database

Must Have deep knowledge of Employee Loan product

Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills

Identify and research and acquire potential clients

Develop and maintain client relationships

Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
