Minimum 1 year of working experience in Project Management specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

1 year of working experience in Project Management specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

Having experience handling High Rise buildings is preferred

Supervise Electrical and Mechanical works in the building

Supervise the project's execution and deliver the project with agreed timelines and budget

Monitor contractor's activity and maintain records

Effectively practice Performance Based Management by coaching and developing employees.

Supervise team to maintain and increase safety, efficiency and skills and promote a cooperative attitude with subordinates.

Knowledge and ability of Electrical/Instrumentation.

Knowledge in areas such as confined space entry, lockout / tagout, hot work permitting, etc.

Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance.

Knowledge and ability in Accident / Near Miss Investigation / Reporting procedures.
