Primary customer touchpoint from before until after sales services (give recommendations, handle questions, handle return) .

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout Mine. online channels (response to chat, reply to reviews, etc).

Coordinate and implement Mine's marketing and sales activities together with the SSO team.

Coordinate and maintain the running of online sales through Mine's online channels (website, social media, ecommerce, messaging application).

Assist in sales activities such as bazaars, trade shows, or other sales activities.

Assist in Social Media activity (interact with customers via social media, handle KOL)

Targeting school principal or school management planner

Has experience to sell service/product to school, in particular elementary school

Has experience to develop marketing strategy to sell service/product to school

Strong creative, analytical and communication skills

Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence

Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables

Supports the selection of suitable venues, planning for Test Day resources ordering, quality, distribution and management (e.g. process guides, stationery, branding/signage/

Experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service.

Local knowledge: Indonesian nationality with a preference for Balinese candidates or those with field experience in Bali.

Hold a bachelor’s degree or above level qualification.

Relevant work experience handling student application for Australia, USA, Canada & UK.

Good understanding in International Education Industry is essential.
