Airport Services Duty Supervisor

Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Provide leadership, demonstrate team building skills, direct staff and evaluate performance as well as being able to build on constructive feedback
Generate various reports and always keep the workplace neat and tidy as well as offering support to the Airport Services
Manager in implementation of training and remaining sensitive in varying difficult situations at all times
Manage and train the ticketing team
Experience in a customer services role, out of which at least 1 year in Airport Operations of a leading airlines.
Airport Services Duty Officer

Provides input and recommendations to management to improve the effectiveness of the daily operations.
Manage and control manpower on the shift in order to optimize utilization and to maintain staff’s morale and discipline.
Compiling a detailed station handling report for Airport Duty Manager on a shift basis.
Experience in an airline or a reputed GHA on a supervisory level.
Excellent English language communication knowledge.
Weight and Balance, Ramp handling, Dangerous Goods Regulation knowledge.
