At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Control, monitoring, and development sales

Monitoring and development promoter (training, coaching, and counseling promoter)

Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field

Familiar with MS Office and Excel

Willing to work remotely/office during weekends.

You have great analytical skills

Has experience in banking or accounting on a previous job is a plus

Willing to work three day shifts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Willing pick up calls during weekends

Bachelor Degree with at least 1 year experience experience in managing area or districts, from Retail Industry (preferably) or other industry.

Outgoing & have some extend of leadership skill.

Deliver business results through insight & action - identify key insights and take fast, focused action to grow productivity & performance.

Maximize the store staff scheduling to improve constantly staff productivity, monitoring carefully the payroll costs for the markets.

Paying attention to detail & structured.

Familiar with Microsoft Power Point (to present ideas), Microsoft Excel (in analysis KPI and or data).

Handle all the driver community, marketing, and driver care responsibilities on satellite level

Manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction

Fresh graduate or having min. 1 years experience in related area, preferably in customer service

Experienced in service area (contact centre, email dll)

Handle channel walk in center on each district

Ensure problem solving according to agreed process & based on standard operational procedure
