Distribution Functional Consultant Jobs

Have a good knowledge in Budgeting / Management Accounting is a plus

Having Anaplan experience or other performance management tools experience (e.g. SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle EPM) is a plus

Must have good knowledge in consolidation

Write model documentation to capture requirements, design solutions, deployment and run state activities

Bachelor degree in Accounting, min GPA 3.0 of 4.0

Experienced in management software implementation (nice to have).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application.

Analyse the customer needs and suggest solutions.

Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.

Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)

Experienced min. 1 year will be considered

You'll get proper training and certification from us to be competent functional consultant.

Bachelor Degree (S1), major in Accounting

Fresh graduates are in advantage

Proficient in Indonesian and English.

Memahami functional ERP Oracle e-business suites

Pernah membuat program secara web based

Pernah membuat/mengembangkan aplikasi yang sama secara team

Menguasai NET, SQL, REST, API, Json, Javascript

Menguasai ERP Oracle, BI Tableau, dan BPM K2 menjadi nilai plus

Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Manufacturing menjadi nilai plus

·Passionate in business process knowledge and business technology

·An excellent Diploma or University degree in Accounting or Finance

·Knowledge of business processes and standard regulation in vary industry is an advantage

·Have a great understanding and knowledge in PSAK, GAAP and IFRS would be a plus point

-Strong analytical, problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and can-do attitude

-Implement new or maintain existing business solution in SAP module - with minimum 2 cycles

-Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP processes to the client

-Close communication with the development team and cross module team as well

-Close communication with clients, build good relationships

-Involved in SAP Implementation with green field approach

- Acquire certification(s) to meet the Company's expertise quality requirement

- Perform business requirements gathering including integration and validation rules.

- Ensure business and functional requirements are properly executed based on the Business

• Hands-On experienced in system integration using API

• Experienced using Workato is an additional point considered

• Experienced in Integration with ERP System will be additional point considered

Fresh graduates yang telah lulus 1-2 tahun dari jurusan sistem informasi akuntansi

Memahami dasar-dasar sistem informasi dan akuntansi

Memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang baik

Memahami sistem Oracle secara dasar lebih disukai

Fasih dalam berbahasa inggris secara tulisan maupun lisan

• Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Participate in project planning and management activities, including project documentation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

• Design and configure software solutions based on the client's requirements, utilizing relevant technologies and tools.

• Proven experience working as a functional consultant or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices and industry standards in the specific functional area.

Participate in training, certification, and personnel development program.

Minimum 1-year experience in software/application implementation.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Conduct system implementation based on the project plan.

Develop documentation (Business Blueprint, Program Specification, and Testing Scenario).

Liaise with process owners and users.
