Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (B2C, B2B), preferable in digital marketing agency company.

Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Build and maintain a sales pipeline through various strategies like, cold calls, networking, referrals, online and face to face meetings.

Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients.

Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals.

• Has more than 1 year experience working in related industry

• Has experience working in agency would be a plus

• Candidate must hold bachelor degree in marketing/business/ digital marketing major

• Liaise with digital planner and in-house marketing & campaign team for creative assets request

• Support team members on complex campaign setups and escalations to third party vendors when necessary

• Support team members on media marketing related projects

Utilize expertise in navigating media agency dynamics, as well as a through knowledge of campaign buying, digital media planning, pricing models

At least 3+ years of working experience in the field of sales in digital marketing

2+ years working in a digital agency and enough knowledge of digital marketing strategy & paid ads service

Strong communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Sell Digital solutions from a portfolio of products to new and existing advertisers

Looking for prospect clients and close the deal

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

- Menganalisa perkembangan digital marketing kompetitor

- Membuat proposal action plans

- Pengalaman sebagai Staff Digital Marketing minimal 2 tahun

- Fasih berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan

Keahlian dalam mengumpulkan data calon pelanggan dan penggunaan perangkat lunak CRM (Customer Relationship Management) untuk melacak prospek.

Mengumpulkan data calon pelanggan (email dan nomor telepon) dari Rumah Sakit dan Bisnis UMKM yang ditargetkan.

Menghubungi calon pelanggan melalui email dan telepon untuk memperkenalkan jasa pembuatan website dan aplikasi kami.

Membuat laporan harian dan mingguan mengenai prospek pelanggan, aktivitas penjualan, dan pencapaian target pada platform AA Solution Sales Hub.

Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan rencana penjualan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan minat pelanggan potensial.
