Bachelor's degree in Medicine, or Masters Degree in Hospital Management

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in hospital industry

Oversee the operations and performance of various medical and ancillary services within the hospital

Collaborate with departments to establish and maintain quality assurance protocols, performance improvement initiatives, and patient safety measures

Effective communication skills to report and discuss findings with the technical team.

Reliable and responsive in collaborating remotely with the team.

Prior experience in data provision, testing, or related fields is a plus.

Provide valid and up-to-date BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan account information for testing purposes.

Provide Smile with information about how the government system works.

Participate in feedback sessions to contribute insights and suggestions to expand coverage with government systems and payroll systems in Indonesia.
