Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

1 year of experience working with and troubleshooting server hardware and network-related issues using Linux based tools.

Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently.

Understanding of intermediate Operating System, Personal Computer hardware, and networking concepts, tools and protocols.

Contribute efforts and projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center infrastructure.

Provide troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues.

Have basic knowledge of data center management.

Monitor internet backhaul as well as network devices in Data Center (DC) Setu and DC MBM / Operation Management

Have basic knowledge & skill of identifying hardware, network, and software failure.

Monitoring the entire Core Banking system

Monitoring DNS connection (uptime robot).

Monitoring alarms, proxy connections, CPU, IO, memory from the main database.

Experiences and knowledge in people management (talent acquisition and people development)

Interface with Infra Ops Management for day to day operational requirements.

In-dept knowledge in operation management (safety, security, availability, and efficiency)

Generate change management requests & incident management tickets for DCEO activities.

Management of the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.

Manage the resolution of any infrastructure engineering issues.

Manage the staging room for mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring timely and efficient deployment and installation.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Follows procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Microsoft data center operations management units, Technician Leads, and engineering specialists.

Completes required training aligned to the role and workload; observes more experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and relevant on-the-job training.

2+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.

Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).

Decommissions hardware for simple changes and refreshes (e.g., memory upgrades, rebuilds) following standard procedures with minimal guidance.

Assists and provides guidance to other technicians to complete challenging or complex tasks.

Utilize internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track all equipment assets and to complete work order requests for maintenance work.

Coordinate and schedule supplier/vendor on-site activities and recognizes circumstances when to stop supplier work to address potential and/or identified concerns.

Provides consultation to lower-level colleagues in troubleshooting systems and problems.

Maintain safe working conditions and escalate immediately when unsafe working conditions are observed.

Assesses and identifies appropriate resources and equipment necessary to fully support environmental health and safety (EH&S) objectives.

Participates in required meetings, trainings, and necessary handoffs.

Complies with security and data management policies.

Maintains and stewards up-to-date and accurate logical information within various inventory management systems (e.g., configuration management databases, asset management repositories).

Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process.

Notifies management about ordering stock shortages. Escalates any issues to management.

Leverages process knowledge and best judgment to complete next task without direct supervision.

Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.

5. Highly driven, self-managed individual. Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience.

1. Manage Alibaba Indonesia critical Data Center operations, facility engineering operations, Data Center build-outs and scaling.

5. Knowledge of 24x7 onsite support procedure, continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools.

2. 5+ years experience in large global data center site operation

3. Functional knowledge of Data Center mechanical, electrical, and controls systems

6. Knowledge of data center construction procedure and capacity planning
