Superior communication skills with technical and non-technical senior management.

Experience / knowledge in data orchestration and ETL/ELT tools (DataStage / Matillion) and visualization tool like Power BI / Tableau.

Provide impact analysis on potential changes to the solution architecture on changes and solutions in the business requirement or IT solution.

Minimum 8 years of multi-disciplined IT experience including:

At least 3 years of architecture responsibilities in large, sophisticated organization with high volume/high BI environment.

Experience in Snowflake features on governance, performance optimizations, security, data sharing and best practices.

Experiences and knowledge in people management (talent acquisition and people development)

In-dept knowledge in operation management (safety, security, availability, and efficiency)

4+ years of Data Center Facilities Management Experience

3+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports

Responsible for data center’s asset and inventory management

Manage relationship with third party colocation providers and their facility staff

Has at least 12+ years of (consulting) experience focused on Data and Analytics.

Experienced in working in a hybrid cloud environment and exposure to Big Data framework is a must.

Good knowledge of Big Data querying tools, such as Pig, Hive, and Impala

Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks, such as Flume and stream processing systems like Storm or Spark-Streaming

Extensive development expertise in Spark and other Big Data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Storm, Kafka, etc.)

Required Professional And Technical Expertise

● You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.

● Good knowledge of indexing and partitioning.

● Experience with BigQuery and GCP stack is considered a plus.

● Experience with report writing / BI Tools such as Yellowfin is considered a plus.

● You were involved or understand how these systems are deployed, monitored and maintained.

● Help the report writing team with issues in data demands and query performance.
