2+ years of IT infrastructure operations experience.

Basic understanding of Network operation / support experience

LINUX Operating System, Hardware or Networking certifications.

Knowledge in VM/cloud computing environments.

Knowledgeable for using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Image Editor.

Experienced in troubleshooting complex networks and network security.

Knowledge about opeating system Linux Server is a must

Have experience managing engineering projects and consultants.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Possess leadership and problem-solving skills

Experience using a variety of web based and other software tools for calculation and data processing.

Direct experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers.

Experience as resident engineer or hands-on (in the field) design consultant.

Generate change management requests & incident management tickets for DCEO activities.

4+ years of Data Center Facilities Management Experience

3+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports

Responsible for data center’s asset and inventory management

Manage relationship with third party colocation providers and their facility staff

2. 5+ years experience in large global data center site operation

3. Functional knowledge of Data Center mechanical, electrical, and controls systems

6. Knowledge of data center construction procedure and capacity planning

Good at SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL). Preferably on MS SQL.

Understanding service management process related to service operation area such as Release, Inventory, Service Request, Event, Incident and Problem Management.

Experience in managing Database such as Ms SQL, MySQL. Knowledge in other databases will be additional value: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, IBM DB2.

Design, Develop and maintain report used for daily operation, management and analytics

Bachelor's degree from computer science or related fields, or equivalent software engineering experience

Experience in monitoring, operation, and development of tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, Confluence, CDSW, SSIS, SSMS
