Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Building Services/Facilities Management/any related Engineering discipline, graduating in 2023

Good communication and co-ordination skills

Lead projects across the Science, Industry, Technology (SIT) and associated markets within Indonesia and the surrounding region.

Supervise/prepare proposals/submissions and negotiate contracts within the MEP Team’s framework for such activity.

Develop and administer project monitoring and control mechanisms within the MEP Team.

Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies. Preferably holds or working towards Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) from Uptime Institute.

Knowledgeable of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.

5 years minimum in experience of reading structural drawings and performing computer-aided design utilizing formwork engineering methods.

Knowledge of construction formwork systems is a plus.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM Modeling is a plus.

Knowledge of structural analysis software is a plus (RISA, STAAD, Enercalc,etc)

Fluent communication in English (Writing and speaking)

Experiences and knowledge in people management (talent acquisition and people development)

Interface with Infra Ops Management for day to day operational requirements.

In-dept knowledge in operation management (safety, security, availability, and efficiency)

Generate change management requests & incident management tickets for DCEO activities.

Management of the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.

Manage the resolution of any infrastructure engineering issues.

4+ years of Data Center Facilities Management Experience

3+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports

Responsible for data center’s asset and inventory management

Manage relationship with third party colocation providers and their facility staff

Investigate client and user problems and design delightful interactive experiences, such as apps and websites, to solve them.

Experience: You’ve spent at least 4 years at an agency, a startup, or a similar organization.

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience leading a team of engineers
