5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a deep understanding of designing for iOS/Android mobile applications.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in English, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred

Experience conducting user research and testing, and using data to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive and impactful content creation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in the Web 3.0 space to infuse fresh ideas into content creation.

Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the crypto industry.

Experience in crypto/blockchain companies or in VC research.

Good knowledge of blockchain data.

Experience in supervising or managing a small team

Strong articulation and interpersonal skills, can handle high pressure and a fast-paced work environment.

Analyze, evaluate and synthesize trends from a variety of data sources (on-chain data for instance).
