Corporate Policy Head Jobs

Supervise IT Team and Users, regarding implementation of IT System proposed & approved by Management.

Providing proposals to management relating to the improvement of work procedures in each department / work unit.

Perform the role of people manager and coordinate with superiors.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in any major, Master’s Degree is preferred.

Experience : at least 5 years of working experience as Corporate Policy Division Head.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

Have minimum 10 years of experience as manager/assistant manager

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence all directors at various levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree or Master degree in a relevant field such as business administration, business process improvement.

Continuous learning mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.
