Overview A Corporate Personal Assistant is a professional who provides administrative and personal support to a company’s executives and other high-level personnel. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive’s office, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and managing correspondence. Detailed Job Description The Corporate Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the executive and other high-level personnel. This includes managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and managing correspondence. The Corporate Personal Assistant is also responsible for managing the executive’s office, including filing, organizing documents, and ensuring the office is well-stocked with supplies. Additionally, the Corporate Personal Assistant may be responsible for managing the executive’s personal tasks, such as making appointments and running errands. Job Qualifications
