Support our Sales Director in day to day admin tasks

Delivery of annual and ad-hoc compliance requirements for clients

Ensure corporate secretarial-related compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (including deadlines)

Bachelor’s degree and have experience in related fields.

2-4 years of experience from in-house legal team or Corporate Secretarial service provider firm is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Assist clients for the establishment of PT PMA or representative office in Indonesia

Experience in the Education sector would be a distinct advantage

Must have high acumen for content delivery and learning strategies, and excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills

Must at least have 3 years professional experience with a sound background in learning and development, design training, and learning facilitation
