Corporate Credit Legal Officer Jobs

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience. A combined exposure of law firm and in house experience will be a plus.

Having excellent communication, interpersonal presentation skills.

Proven experience in dealing with contract drafting and negotiating.

Strong knowledge in the Tbk Company will be preferable.

Proven experience in dealing with the business licensing process and mandatory reporting to OJK and IDX.

Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.

2 Years of experience as a credit officer or as accounting administrator (preferred)

Honest, accurate, agile, disciplined, good communication, good analytical skill

Conducting interviews, visitation, and document collection for analysis of incoming new borrowers

Analyze the loan application from potential borrowers

Issuing Loan Decision Recommendations and Loan Analysis Documents

Support end-to-end credit documentation from application until repayments

- Experienced as Legal corporate or corporate lawyer at least 2 years

- Have experienced in retail /manufacture minimum 2 years

- Strength knowledge about all company's legislation, and updated regulatory

Responsible for all legal documents, handle litigations of corporate matters

- Bachelor degree in Law

- Certified as advocate and member of PERADI would be an advantage

Have minimum 1-year experience in Marketing in a leasing company or as an account officer (lending) in a bank

Passionate in Marketing, well groomed, good communication skills, have strong initiative, honest, highly disciplined, well organized

Build Relationships With Existing And Potential Clients And Suppliers

Survey To Business Or Physical Checking Leasing Unit

Analyze Prospective Customer's Financial Statement

Possessed at least a Bachelor's Degree in Banking/Economics/Accounting

Having good personality, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill

Eager to learn and have strong knowledge in corporate business law

Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.)

Assisting any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors

Conducting research and due diligence for both for agreement reviewing or acquisition, merger and other corporate action

Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management and critical thinking skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment

Obtained Bachelor degree from reputable university

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

Fresh graduates with strong profiles are welcome

Checking the completeness and suitability of credit application documents and legality documents.
