Graduate in university, diploma or S1 degree, preferable in OHS or engineering degree

Select, train, and evaluate workplace safety officers to ensure they understand and can perform the responsibilities of their role.

Conduct safety audits to identify workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions.

Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern.

Educate and train the organization’s workforce on health and safety policies and standards.

Ensure first aid supplies and resources are available in accordance with regulations and the organization’s health and safety policies.

Proactively assist with the application of HS&E Management Plans for the project.

Conduct regular reviews of the implementation of Project Risk management controls.

Facilitate employee injury management and rehabilitation plans where required.

Advanced spread sheet applications database management applications

Establish risk assessment processes and ensure Risk Register is current, and socialised to staff.
