1. Create and update Video Based Training based on new training materials or products

Attends training classes to develop housekeeping techniques and procedures, and enhance leadership skills;

At least 2 years of relevant experience in training (preferred experienced dealing with field team) with background housekeeping or hospitality

Deep knowledge on various learning methodology & effectiveness

Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy.

Provides support to the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure a clean environment;

Leads workers to ensure their duties, and tasks are completed timely standards of cleanliness

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree inMathematics Education

At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have experience teaching mathematics in schools

Understand and communicate well with kids

Mastering basic office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Can create and develop mathematics content

Bachelor degree graduates with minimum of 5 years professional experience in Business Development field

Have a proven experience as a speaker/mentor/moderator in the relevant professional area

Conduct class/training as assigned to the topics and the class duration

Contribute in the class/learning module development according to Tenaga Pelatih's expertise and the assigned topics

Able to operate and use virtual meeting platform such as zoom or teams.

This position will be well-compensated with hourly basis!

Experience in creating strong & engaging content

Develop content strategy to improve marketing & sales performance

Execute content development plan (responsible for the entire process of content production, including copywriting, graphic design and video content)

Monitor, analyse & improve content effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree in marketing communication or similar field

Familiar in using content production tools

Minimum 2-3 years of sales training and development experience.

Must have experience doing field or customer-facing work in Sales.

Experience in leading non-direct subordinates.

Experience using sales CRM (preferable).

Provide continuous support during the ground sales team’s first few weeks at Pashouses to increase the ground sales team’s retention rate.

Create, socialize, and maintain SOP in handling customers (potential customers) to ensure standardization of ground sales’ excellent customer service.

Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and coordinate training programs effectively.

Proven experience in delivering effective training sessions and workshops in STEM education.

Experience in curriculum development and content creation for STEM education is a plus.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods, technologies, and resources to facilitate active learning and knowledge retention.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., STEM disciplines, Education, Instructional Design).

Strong knowledge and understanding of STEM subjects, including science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
