Content Researcher Intern Jobs

S1 education would be great.

Support qualitative team, especially in technical needs.

Liaise with the operation team.

Assist Research Executive/Senior Research Executive in handling administrative tasks and project set-up.

Working closely with colleagues on research projects.

Learning qualitative research methods (such as ethnographic research, moderating FGD/IDI)

Assist in the management and organization of the content repository, ensuring easy access to research materials and resources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Prior experience in content creation, technical writing, or research-related roles is a plus.

Conduct research on a wide range of IT topics, including emerging technology, software development trends, and IT best practices.

Organize and analyze research findings to identify key insights, trends, and patterns in the IT industry.

Summarize complex technical concepts into clear and concise content that is accessible to a non-technical audience.

Ensure compliance for each project such as: incentive management and project documentation.

A rule of thumb of <1 year of experience in the research industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Past experience as a research executive from market research agency is a plus point.

Experienced in conducting end-to-end research projects.

Proficiency in basic research skills and research portfolio is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

Any additional course, training, or certifications relating to Product Design, and or UX Research will be an advantageous

Collaborating closely with UX Researcher to accommodate research requests from stakeholder to gain impactful insights for better decision-making process.

Generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.

Participate in recruitment activities (for user interviews) and survey distribution, including recruit and schedule participants

Assisting ongoing research with note-taking and observation

Bachelor's degree from any field of studies.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

Have experience handle social media

Have a good copywriting skills & creative minds

Detail-oriented, excellent follow through, ability to multitask, manage projects and workflow

Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal and presentations skills

May consider candidates without a degree who have extensive experience in market research and working on digital media campaigns.

The minimum GPA is 3.00

Having demonstrable skill in market research work and database management

Having skill in research field and understanding of research methodologies

Support for research materials, both quantitative and qualitative, especially regarding on enviromental and health issues

Support project for research implementation

Analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data

Facilitating qualitative discussions (in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and online discussion) to gather data
