Managing the day-to-day operations of the Advisory division for the team, including staffing, project management and resource allocation.

Project delivery in local language (especially Government projects). Lead and manage advisory projects as required.

Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision

Identify potential clients (Government and Private Sector) across Practice Areas, business development support including client engagement, proposal development and presentation etc.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring that the Advisory team delivers high-quality service and advice.

Ensuring that the Advisory team adheres to ethical and professional standards, and maintaining the reputation of the organization.
