Analyze financial reports received from each subsidiaries and affiliates.

Prepare reports required by third parties, i.e. IDX, OJK, and any external parties as needed.

Assist in annual audit process

Prepare any supporting working papers requested by regular and/or ad hoc basis.

Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00

At least 5 years working experience as Consolidation Budget & Reporting

Understanding and knowledge in Analyzing & Reporting the Consolidation Financial Statement

Having experience in presenting Financial Statement include PL, BS, and CF report

Collect data related to financial report from each business unit including general ledger

Review and make sure "PSAK" compliance for each business unit

Corporate with each business unit to prepare reliable and accountable financial statements

Great understanding of Operation Management, Shipping Management, Supply Chain Management, 5R, and CONIM

Min. 2 years’ experience as Operational Consolidation Officer in Transportation, Logistic, or Transportation Digital Platform is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for planning out on receiving and shipping goods

Making sure goods received by consolidation warehouse are in accordance with SLA

Making sure correct products received by zero damage consolidation warehouse

Maintain relationship with the production house

Monitoring schedule and daily Occupancy.

Monitoring Movie materials and licenses.

Coordinating with related departments internally in terms of Movie administration

Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university

Proficient user of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and Power Point )

Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations

Solid experience in Accounting with minimum 5 years of experience and exposure to consolidation for a minimum 2 years

Possess great collaboration skills and detail oriented

Prior experience in FMCG, health industry and start up, will be a plus

Performs monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and prepares appropriate financial statements

In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation

Doing currency conversion to IDR.

Checking and importing data to SAP

Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations

Performs monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and prepares appropriate financial statements

In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation

Coordinates with all entities’ accountants for timely financial reporting

Assists in monitoring and developing monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects

Assists with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
