Manage, lead and mentor a team of mining operations supervisory staff

Create, control and maintain the budget for internal department

BSc in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline

Dynamic, energetic and confident personality

Strong understanding of mine productivity and data analysis; Familiarity with mine design and survey software (Surpac)

Excellent in computer knowledge (Microsoft/Google Workspace)

Good communication skills, detail oriented, responsible, honest, communicative, and nimble is a must

Bachelor degree from any background (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

Fluent in English, both oral or written is a plus

Willing to work FULL TIME (Mon to Fri at 9AM - 6PM and Saturday 9AM-12PM)
