Experience min 2 years in insurance industry and as claim surveyor min 1 year

Create SPK, explain and give the SPK

Diploma degree from any major

Min. 2 years experience as claim analyst in health insurance company / teleconsultation platform

Good analytical thinking, detail oriented & accurate, adaptive and excellent communication skill

Claim Process for all product (Analyst up until Payment) within agreed SLA

Provide clean and clear claim information to member through member apps / email, regarding claim status

Investigation : history checking, claim checking, to ensure the submitted claim is eligible to further process

Prepare and provide claim report on daily bases for daily transaction

-Assist Claim Manager in supporting claim information, reporting, and etc when necessary

-Minimum 2-3 year experience in General Insurance Claims / Technical

-Responsive, have good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

-AAMAI or APARI Certification is a plus
