Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a strong desire to expand knowledge in the field of talent acquisition.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

Effectively handle multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Influencing and relationship management skills

Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products

Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits

Previous relevant Field Sales experience preferred

Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products

Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
