Overview A CDP (Customer Data Platform) is a software platform that enables organizations to collect, store, analyze, and activate customer data from multiple sources. It is used to create a unified view of customers across all channels and touchpoints, enabling organizations to better understand customer behavior and create more personalized experiences. Detailed Job Description A CDP is responsible for managing customer data across multiple channels and touchpoints. This includes collecting customer data from various sources, storing it in a secure database, analyzing it to gain insights, and activating it to create personalized experiences. The CDP is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve customer data quality. Job Skills Required
