Campaign Ops Associate Jobs

Prior experience in project management (marketing campaigns, campus events, etc.) is a huge plus

Develop ideas and execute marketing campaigns on the Shopee App

Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Project, Business Development, Creative, Operations, etc

Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns

Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance

Proven experience (min 4 years) in campaign management, event coordination, or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using marketing software, event management platforms, and social media tools.

Prepare comprehensive reports to present campaign & event results and insights to the management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Leverage local insights and research skills to conduct quality assessments

At least 2 years of experience performing geospatial analysis or operations

Solid communication skills in English both oral and written

Basic skills in OpenStreetMap(OSM) and openly licensed government data is preferable

Basic knowledge of routes and ETAs is a plus

Create and edit map data with high quality using geospatial tools

Good understanding of e-commerce working pace (Responsive and flexible to standby outside of business hours during preparation/ live campaign)
