Campaign Admin Jobs

Bachelor Degree or equivalent; preferably with administration experience

Skilled in using Ms. Excel or Google Spreadsheet (IF, Pivot, Vlookup, IMPORTRANGE, etc)

Checking the prices of products and services

Monitoring the promo, campaign and market conditions

Leading the checking team and ensuring their performance

Completing reports and providing insights

1 year of work experience in campaign e-commerce/campaign retail/e-commerce industry

Experience in setting up a backend system

Passionate in beauty & personal care category is a plus

Work well under pressure, multitasking, and proactive

Checks and controls all backend settings (pricing, voucher, Gift with Purchase, Purchase with Purchase) before, during, and after the campaign period

Takes immediate action on any technical issues (backend, pricing, vouchers, system errors)
