Constructing technical diagrams (ERD / Class Diagram / etc), studying system capabilities, and also gap analysis.
Support, investigation, and recovery, if problems of failures occur in managed applications in the production environment.
Minimum 1 year experience as system analyst
Prepare SIT and UAT document and conduct testing process with stakeholders.
Familiar with SDLC, UML, Database Modelling Tools, API.
Business processes, Flow charts, and Database concepts (SQL & NoSQL).
