Knowledge of driving savings and productivity as part of AOP process,

Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office), ideally with working knowledge of SAP & Coupa,

Strengthen quality, completeness and compliance of Preferred Supplier List;

Review vendor performance, latest prices and quality of service by partnering closely with area owners;

Provide local support and expertise to global Procurement team when required; and,

- Manage and operate platform key channels’ traffic allocation with standardized SOP to support platform key battles;

- Good communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting) and high EQ on handling various level of stakeholders;

5 days work week, and they are currently on Hybrid mode (4-days WFO+1-day WFH)

- SQL is an advantage

Have prior experience in managing operational, warehouse, product management

Communicate closely between local and overseas team to make sure the process of product management run well

Good interpersonal and negotiation skill

Work closely with product supply and warehouse team to ensure the product quality and the inventory health

Measure and monitor the healthy turn over rate of products

Monitoring and improving the operation process and procedure

Effective team management and inspiring leadership abilities.

Acquire and manage strategic partnerships with other parties to enhance Arkademi's marketing and sales.

Manage, direct, and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve set targets.

Manage and optimize key metrics such as CLV, CAC, traffic, conversion, funnel, and oversee customer acquisition models.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the tech industry with a B2C business model. (Mandatory)

At least 2 years of experience leading a marketing or sales team in B2C tech industry. (Mandatory)
