Provide product knowledge training to the promotion team

1-2 years' experience overseeing an Ethical product portfolio

Assist in developing a marketing program

Monitor and follow up on marketing programs that have been implemented and collaborate with the promotion team in implementing the program

Prepare everything related to launching new products

Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs.

Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel.

Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules.

Prepares lesson plans and training materials.

Coordinates the development of training aids.

Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.

Candidate with prior medical/pharma sales management background is preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Manager, or 2-4 years as Junior Product Manager

Externally-focused: knowledge of consumer insights, competitors and trends and has demonstrated implications to strategy development

Language skill: fluent in english both oral and written

Developing and executing the company's brand strategy in Indonesia, including leading the implementation of the brand portfolio marketing plan.

Experiences in leading a product development and management

Initiates and leads R&D team and conducts research that advances scientific knowledge for the improvement of breakthrough materials

Provides detailed knowledge of materials chemistry, synthesis, microstructure development, and failure mechanisms to develop a fundamental understanding of materials performance

Has more than 10 years experience in formulation

Strong understanding of QbD, ICH and CPOB. Preferable someone experience applied QbD in the product development process

Conducts research in the laboratory, pilot, and commercial-scale environments

Manage product/category building, liaise with agencies, identify business partnerships and organising promotional activities aimed at achieving KPIs

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Advanced presentation and analytical skills

Strong social media knowledge and presence
