Mereview dan memberikan arahan mengenai konsep/ketentuan baru maupun pengembangannya yang dibuat oleh bawahan
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk melakukan study terkait pengembangan/perubahan konsep dan ketentuan
Memantau KPI bulanan directorate plant serta menganalisa hasil dari KPI tersebut termasuk cara perhitungannya agar sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan
Memantau dan menganalisa hasil PICA yang dibuat oleh tim PDCA guna menemukan ketentuan dan konsep baru
Memantau penerapan konsep dan ketentuan yang sudah ada
