Excellent and dynamic end-to-end project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree and above with 2+ years of experience in relevant field

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties

Responsible for any improvement projects / initiatives within ShopeeMall Acquisition and analyze projects' impact to overall business performance

Maintain ShopeeMall Acquisition internal systems and in charge for any relevant inquiries regarding the systems

Monitor progress of brands in the pipeline, calculate SLA per process, and provide deep-dive analysis

Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Finance Modelling and Forecasting

Previous working experience in ecommerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus

Project management for ad hoc projects for business growth and profitability focus.

Minimum 2 years of work experience ini data analysis

Strong analytical skill and good with number and business sense

Handle end-to-end from strategic planning to execution (projection, modeling, execute and monitor.

2-5 years of working experience in a strategy/management consulting / startup / e-commerce role is preferred.

Develop data-backed strategies and support the teams in executing the strategies related to Seller management.

Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.

Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times.

Analyze market landscape and strategize Shopee's approach to developing Sellers with a specific focus on micro and small sellers.

Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress.

Pendidikan minimal S1 (segala disiplin ilmu)

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada ruang lingkup pengembangan pasar bahan baku obat, kosmetika dan food suplement

Memiliki Networking pada Industri Farmasi Produk Jadi

Bahasa Inggris Aktif (lebih disukai)
