Management skills to optimise production costs, maximise revenue, and ensure profitability.

Good leadership and stakeholder management skill

Manage mill operations to achieve CPO and PK production goals while focusing on sustainable practices, yield optimisation and cost-effective production.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders and government entities.

Min 10 years of senior-level experience in palm oil plantation and mill operations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

5+ years of experience in palm oil sector

Maintain monitoring progress of oil palm project

Maintain good relationships with technology and financial partners regarding palm oil project

Increase technological know-how for palm oil project
