Experience in management of large sets of Database

Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports and KPI Alignment to management

Experience in statistical programming languanges, like R or Phyotn will be an advantage

Good knowledge on Financial Metrics (P/L) will be an advantage

Analyze business aspect related to pain points, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions

Perform detailed analysis and calculations related to business performance

Excellent communication, planning, project management, and organizational skills.

Configuration of SAP Business One to meet the requirements of the companies' business

Requirements gathering and the identification and analysis of gaps between SAP Business One and the companies' current business processes

Offering training and day-to-day support assistance to users

Knowledge in accounting, manufacturing, and distribution.

Experience with Visual Basic programming language and Crystal Reports tool.

Experience in process improvement, system optimisation, and project management

Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, Analyst, or in a similar role

In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Relevant certifications in SAP FICO are desirable

Minimum 5 years experience handling Business Analyst or Finance/Accounting

Having skill in using Figma/Canvac for UX and wireframing designs, user flows, and Application mockups

Experience with Tableu is advantages -Experience as a user of TM1 Planning is advantages

Bachelor degree of Information system/IT

Good understanding of SAP modules (especially SAP FICO Module) will be an advantage -
