Education: Lulusan SMK, mahasiswa tingkat akhir/fresh graduate dengan GPA >3.00 (Jurusan Psikologi lebih diutamakan)

Hard Skill: Google Suites (GSlides, Gsheet, GForm, dsb), Notion

Soft Skill: Fast response, flexibility, assertive, creative, open minded, work independently

Memberikan dukungan administratif dalam pengelolaan program pengembangan SDM

Mengelola dan memelihara data terkait pelatihan dan pengembangan

Proven work experience in Business Development or similar role

Having experience in the market research industry is a plus

Generating leads and cold-calling prospective clients.

Researching organizations and individuals to seek out appropriate contacts and to find new opportunities.

Following up on business leads/opportunities and arranging business meetings with prospective clients face-to-face or over the phone.

Developing quotes/proposals and presenting them to prospective clients.
