Memiliki pengalaman pada bidang Training / Pengembangan Karyawan selama 2 tahun

Melakukan pemetaan data hasil proses assessment karyawan

Menganalisa dan menyusun kebutuhan Training dari seluruh Divisi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan diri karyawan

Mengelola Individual Development Planning (IDP) dan Berkoordinasi dengan Manajemen terkait Training Need Analysis (TNA)

Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses training induction terhadap karyawan baru

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal);

Minimum 2 years in community management and it was nice if you have digital or startup or MCN background ;

Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoys communication with users, and delivering daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.

Continuously listening to and responding to trends and online conversations;

Participating/creating conversations, building relationships with influencers, and responding to their queries/concerns/problems with quality solutions and support;

Working closely with the team to understand and participate in ongoing marketing and campaign activities;
