Memastikan dokumen kendaraan sesuai dengan fisik kendaraan

Menganalisis hasil pengecekan kendaraan yang telah dilakukan oleh inspector untuk pengajuan pembelian kendaraan

Melakukan pelaporan ketika terjadi kejanggalan dalam proses pengecekan

Berkoordinasi dengan beberapa divisi lain untuk melakukan tindak lanjut

Memantau dokumen kendaraan setelah pengajuan pembelian selesai

Menyimpan kertas kerja hasil pengecekan sebagai bukti yang sah

Melakukan verifikasi untuk memastikan keakuratan data-data user

Melakukan penginputan data user kedalam sistem

Membuat laporan terkait hasil verifikasi

Memiliki kecepatan dan keakuratan dalam bekerja

Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shifting

Have a minimum of 1 years work experience in related field; Experience in the multifinance industry will be an advantage.

Having knowlegde about Project Management, Business Process, and Financial Analyst

Have a good communication, negotiation skills, and planning skills

Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

Analyzing Branch performance result and give recommendation of analyzed performance.

Monitoring and reviewing Branch work procedures.

At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an excellent GPA, preferably in accounting/finance/business administration.

Minimum 1 year of experience in lending operations within a financial institution.

Excellent administrative and documentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for thorough data review.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate process recommendations within the operational area.

Responsible for performing preparatory work related to loan disbursement processes.

Monitor and adjust entries for accruals, amortizations, depreciation, cost/fee deductions, other servicing costs, and fund transfers.

Have minimum 1 year experience Verificator Staff in Banking/Fi/Financial Technology companies

Have a good communication, reporting, & analytical skill

Min Bachelor's Degree in any major

Able to use/operate computer software, minimum Ms Office, MS Excel, & Outlook

Verify the correctness of the Debtor's information and data submit after credit disbursement via telephone and other access

Make recommendations after telephone verifications result

● Minimum Bachelor's degree education, preferably in economics/banking finance

● Minimum 1 year experience as a verificator Staff
