5-8 years' experience in Business Operations Management

Experience working with task management platforms, past experience with Wrike or similar platforms a plus

Managing month-end reporting, year-end financial reporting and management accounts

Producing and managing the set of management accounts – P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements etc. Ensuring accuracy of such

Aligning finances with our subsidiary in Indonesia, coordinating group accounts with our accountants, assisting with intracompany payments and intracompany tax structuring

Reviewing, improving and updating finance SOPs

Outstanding problem-solving, project management and project delivery skills

Assessing the values, ambition, capacity and capabilities of those partners to deliver carbon projects at scale

A minimum of 10 years’ experience working with the public, private and civil sectors to deliver nature-based solutions

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional partnerships
