Backend Engineering Support Jobs

- Experience in project management and agile methodology software.

- Minimum 7 years experience in engineering, software development, product development, or related fields.

- Good understanding of technical knowledge (system design, concurrency, and database-based RDBMS)

- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.

- Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees and schedules simultaneously.

- Preference will be given to those with experience in the financial / banking industry.

Strong knowledge of database design (mySQL, SQL)

Strong business requirement analysis is a plus

Technical problem diagnosis and analysis

Working closely with product team to handle a bug issue release

Researching or Debugging technical issues

Writing reports regarding product problems

Contribute to company-wide engineering initiative as part of the management team.

Build norms and processes to ensure unified, high-quality backend services to improve user experience across all products.

Manage, grow and develop teams dedicated to improving backend engineering across all product teams.

You are obsessed over the customer and their experiences.

Recruit great backend engineers in collaboration with our recruitment team.

Work with backend engineers to find out their pain points and how to improve their situations across all teams.

Programming Language: Java/Kotlin, ReactJs/Angular/VueJs, HTML5

Architecture: Microservices, Event Driven Architecture

Agile and Versioning: Scrum/Kanban, Git with Git Flow or Trunk Based development

Messaging: JSON, SOAP, ISO8583, GRPC and GraphQL is a plus

Observability: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTracing

Deployment and Cloud: Docker, GCP/AWS, Kubernetes is a plus.
