Associate Account Payable Manager Jobs

At least 5 years of experience in account payable management or related field

Manage and oversee the accounts payable team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of invoices and payments

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and manage vendor inquiries and disputes

Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant function within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry

Create action plan for business plan execution which include coverage & distribution, infrastructure, inventory, budget

Implement sales coverage or deployment plans in all channels based on the analysis of past and current results

Control the monthly achievement, service level and sales objectives of the area for the entire product range

Regularly submit, analyze, review, and communicate monthly area achievement report to provide corrective action and ensure productivity achievement as per objective

Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success

Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs

Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

Acquiring new seller to achieve the revenue target

Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
