Candidate must possess at least D3 / Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverages Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, and Business Management

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specializing in Restaurant

Maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness

To complete daily paperwork on recording sales, stock, staff hours, payroll information and cash control

Meneruskan pesanan pembeli ke bagian gudang

Mampu menjelaskan bahan bahan kimia, cara penggunaannya, dll (akan diajarkan)

Melakukan crosselling atau menawarkan produk lainnya kepada pelanggan

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang penjualan, terutama toko bahan kimia adalah nilai tambah

Consults with Store Manager and HR on next steps leading to progressive discipline and termination, when needed.

Address any variance to company standards with appropriate action plan, partnering with the Store Manager as needed.

Accept special assignments as directed by Store Manager.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Supervise and coach employees in providing efficient and friendly service at the registers and throughout the store.

Responsible for addressing personnel and performance issues, including coaching, verbal and written warnings.

Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.

Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant knowledge and experience in legal analysis and working justice sector such as legal service providers, law enforcement, and others

Support project partners to finalise knowledge products on gender-responsive community-based justice and femicide.

Knowledge of social media and communication strategies and methods;

Work experience in Indonesia is essential.

Experience in coordination, project implementation, and legal analysis would be an asset.
